Kushagra- the Entrepreneurship cell of Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur aims at exhibiting the inquisitive entrepreneurial spirit of the student managers. Kushagra hosts various workshops, peer group discussion and competitions for budding entrepreneurs.
Following are the major activities hosted by Kushagra:
SIP of Creativity: The cell offers a platform to student managers where they brainstorm on different start-up ideas, how they can go further with their start-up/idea(s), what all problems they can face/ are facing and how to overcome their shortcomings.
Pantheon: It is “The National level Annual Entrepreneurship Summit” of two days comprising of AARAMBH- the National level Business plan competition witnessing overwhelming responses from premier institutes like ISB, IIMs, IITs, etc and YEC- Young Entrepreneurs
Conclave: It consists of workshops and panel discussions. Last year, Conclave witnessed Nishant Vora (Founder, Grab.in), Nalin Mittal (VP - Operations, Jugnoo), Mainak Bhattacharya (Ex-Senior Manager, CIIE-IIM-A) and many more such high stature panelists.
Illuminate B-Plan Workshop (in collaboration with IIT-Bombay): The workshop was conducted on how to develop your own Business Plan by Ajeet Khurana (Host of the Show –The Vault by Times Now)
Voyage, The start-up internship fair: Two-day event in collaboration with Placement Committee of IMT-Nagpur is conducted, where first year students are offered summer internship programme by various successful start-ups. Last year there were 12 start-ups namely: Little Internet and Capanalec, who hired 35 student managers from campus.
