Sip of Creativity is one such platform that Team Kushagra provides to the budding entrepreneurs and student managers having entrepreneurial interest. During these sessions they put forward their ideas and we help them in building it up further. Some Sip of Creativity sessions have special guests sharing their thoughts.
It’s an open platform for IMTians to share their ideas with the peers and take feedback for improvement on the same. The student managers put forward their ideas before their buddies and receive their opinion on the same. These sessions help them for further improvisation of ideas and to crowdsource suggestions for its implementation.
As part of Melange 2015-The Annual Alumni Meet of IMT Nagpur we along with the Alumni Committee arranged for a mentoring session with our alumni entrepreneurs. During this session students presented their business plans best ideas before the Alumnus and they enhanced it with their expertise and corporate experience, so that the candidates could understand the real problems that they could face in transforming their ideas into a reality.
Every student aspiring to be an entrepreneur needs to have a fair idea about Venture Capital Investments. We had Mr. Rushil Gambhir, Investment Associate, Aspada Investments as our special guest for one of our session. He enlightened us with various concepts regarding VC and how a Venture Capitalist firm invests in various ventures, what are the major factors that they take into consideration while investing, what are the various stages of funding etc. He had also talked about the untapped sectors which have huge growth potential and how one can make use of it.

It’s always exciting to hear the interesting stories from entrepreneurs themselves. Many entrepreneurs have visited campus before and shared their life changing moments. Some of the prominent Entrepreneurs are Mr.Mukul Kulkarni, The Breakfast Story, Lokesh Venkataswamy, Innomantra Ltd.

The Young Entrepreneurs Conclave (YEC) is a platform for student managers to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship among themselves. A panel of eminent personalities from across the start-up world is invited for a discussion on a predetermined theme.
Our key speakers were: I) Nalin Mittal – VP Operations, Jugnoo; II) Anil Joshi – Ex President, Mumbai Angels; III) Mainak Bhattacharya – Startup Advisor; IV) Nishant Vora – Co-founder, Grab; V) Mr. Sangharakshak Neel (Co-Founder, FoodbyMood).
The one-day high voltage summit provides a great opportunity to aspiring entrepreneurs to learn from the experiences of such esteemed personalities. The student managers who are working on their start up ideas get an opportunity to present their work to the panel apart from understanding the challenges they would face in pursuit of their idea.

Team Kushagra Solely Organized "Aarambh 2016"-The Annual B Plan Competition of IMT Nagpur on 16th and 17th of January.
E-CELL of IMT Nagpur came with the idea of Aarambh which is the National B-plan competition for risk-takers, opportunist, innovators whom we call an entrepreneur.
Team Kushagra is providing a platform to structure your idea in a winning direction by pitching your concept in front of esteemed juries. Moto of Aarambh is to push ideas into concrete concepts which has the potential to shape the future.

Our Ideation workshop started with the same thought, facilitated by Mr. Deepak Menaria, Chief Idea Farmer of Lemon Ideas .The workshop was wonderfully designed to help students to generate ideas for possible start-ups. A set of 30 students were asked to think without any constraints and in Toto they came up with 410 ideas, which after going through idea funnel (by adding different levels of constraints) was shrinked to 10 cream ideas, which were presented by students in groups next day in front of Mr. Vinod Shastri, Founder of Yolkshire and Mr. Menaria, who further guided students for improvising there ideas and preparing a B-Plan.

In order to promote the spirit of Entrepreneurship among IMTians, Team Kushagra organised “Illuminate 2015” B-plan workshop in collaboration with IIT –Bombay in our Campus.
The workshop was hosted by Ajeet Khurana (former CEO of IIT Bombay’SINE, Angel investor & TEDx speaker). He has been in the start-up scene in India since 1993 and has an ample experience in this field. Many were started as incubates at the IIT Bombay incubator under him. The list includes start-ups like FoodTropis (food ecommerce), InVenture (mobile financial inclusion), Koonk Technologies (cloud server provider for SMEs) and many more.
Workshop was on all about the intricacies to entrepreneurship, Idea generation, Making your own Business model & learning about the finance fundas. It also included discussion regarding how to go about a business idea and its basic requirements.
