Dr. Smita Singh (Dabholkar) is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at IMT-Nagpur.

  • Consultancy Project for Spacewood Office Solutions (SOS) Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur for 2022-23 for Rs. 13 lac. This project was in the field of Coaching.
  • Consultancy Project for Spacewood Furnishers is for Rs 5 lac for the year 2023. This project was in the area of Organizational Diagnosis.

  • Dr. Smita Dabholkar delivered a talk (book review) on Peter Senge’s Fifth Discipline at Vidarbha Industries Association Nagpur. VIA Nagpur is celebrating it’s Golden Jubilee this year. This talk was the first in the five lecture series titled, “Readership Gap. if any” by Dr. Dabholkar from May to Sept 2014, specially organized as a part of the Golden jubilee celebrations.

  • Books authored: She has written three books. Her first book, “Bury Your Can’t: Why Ask for a Job, Why not create one?” (ISBN: 978-81-7498-127-1) is a coffee-table motivational book the Government of Maharashtra recommended as a reference book for Entrepreneurship cells in Engineering colleges across the state. This book consists of success stories of entrepreneurs of this region. Her second book is a co-authored one on Emotional Intelligence (ISBN: 978-93-5350-549-3). Cengage has published this book. This book has a foreword from HH Dalai Lama.
  • Her latest book with Professor William J. Rothwell (a Ph.D., SPHR, CPLP fellow, and Professor of Workforce Education and Development in the Department of Learning and Performance Systems at Pennsylvania State University) on Accelerated Action Learning has been released on Jan 31, 2024 (https://www.routledge.com/Accelerated-Action-Learning-Using-a-Hands-on-Talent-Development-Strategy/Rothwell-Singh-Dabholkar-Lee/p/book/9781032391588).
  • Co-authored a text book “Emotional Intelligence: Theory and Practice” published by Cengage Learning India. (ISBN-13:978-93-5350-319-2).
  • Coffee-table motivational book titled, “Bury your Can’t..Why ask for a job? Why not create one?”(a compilation of success stories of first, second and third generation entrepreneurs from Maharashtra). This book has been purchased by Govt. of Maharashtra as a reference book for the government libraries across the state.
