xploHRe is the HR forum of IMT Nagpur where we engage, build and strengthen relationships at a personal and professional level. It represents the dexterity which lies in managing people and synthesizes an environment which sets unassailable standards of interpersonal development.

The major activities of the forum are –

KYC (Know Your Company) – This helps the first-year students to understand the work and profile of different companies better and crack their SIP interviews.

Abhyaas – Mock GD sessions to prepare the students for placements.

HR – 360 is an annual magazine published by the forum which covers the articles written by Corporates, Alumni and students of IMT Nagpur.

Samavaya – The intra – college academic festival conducted in association with other academic forums of IMT Nagpur for the first time in 2020.

Concord – The national level management festival conducted in association with other academic forums of IMT Nagpur.
